The Wiley Inn has welcomed guests for over 50 years. We provide lodging for 45-50 adults/children onsite with many facilities nearby for overflow. Our dining room seats 40-60 guests. For outdoor celebrations one or more tents are recommended. Our spacious grounds can accommodate tents for up to 200 guests. Due to the nature of the climate in Vermont, outdoor events should be planned between May and September. Early summer and early fall conditions are optimum.
Be our guest for a planning visit: If you are considering a wedding, civil union or other special event at the Wiley, we would be happy to offer you an overnight stay as our guest. We can arrange for you to meet with florists, photographers, caterers, a wedding coordinator - whatever you desire.

Off Peak Seasonal discounts: 2nd night 1/2 price or 3rd free; lodging costs for 2 nts, full inn are roughly $3000 plus tax/fee
July - Labor Day weekend:
all room prices are the same as in June & early September and our standard 'extended stay' policies apply as follows -
Summer Season discounts: 3rd night 1/2 price or 5th free; lodging costs for 2 nts, full inn are roughly $4000 in the regular summer season plus tax/fee
Reserving the 'Inn' means:
a 14 rooms/suites commitment; two night minimums required for all rooms; a 50% deposit prepaid by a date to be specified
Special event policies apply - 15% facilities/service, 9% Vt tax, full prepayment date by arrangement, 90 day notice required for cancellation. A fully refundable $500 security deposit is required
Overflow:
for couples & families we suggest the AlpenRose Inn, the Swiss Inn, the Bromley View Inn and Johnny Seesaws

Meal Options
Wedding or Rehearsal Dinners -
Bromley Beach (our new restaurant at the Wiley) will help you plan an Italian or traditional American banquet style menu for 30- 40 persons served in our dining room. We also work with several local caterers who provide diverse menu selections for indoor or outdoor celebrations for larger groups. Costs per person vary based on food & alcohol selection.
Breakfast & Lunch -
Breakfasts are traditionally provided by the Wiley Inn for our lodging guests. Lunch is not provided.
Option: Kitchen/Dining Room facilities can be made available for lunch if requested; supplies/preparation and cleanup provided by caterers/family
Tents & Related:
Tents sample range: 20x30 $250 - 40x80 $1500
Chairs sample range: $1.20 -2.50 each
Tables (5' round = 8 people) sample range: 3' round $5.00 - 6' round $12.00 each
Dance floors (oak parquet, includes setup) sample range: 12X12 $200 - 16X18 $400
Prices also available for lighting, heating, staging and, if not provided by caterer, flatware, china, linen and glassware
Other Considerations:
Suggestions for alternative locations for your ceremony, sources for your flowers, photographers, wedding cakes, musicians, child care, transportation, etc. are all available on request. If you prefer you may work with a wedding coordinator to make all your arrangements or you may access one of many local wedding websites to assist you in planning.
